Job description
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (Manual & Automation) with 1 to 5 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual testing, automation frameworks, and API testing while working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Bugzilla.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, security, and API testing.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or RestAssured).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to enhance product quality.
- Validate UI, database, and API integrations across different platforms.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI).
- Familiarity with SQL queries for database validation.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Understanding of performance and security testing concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
