Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead, plan, and execute projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.
- Implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for effective project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Track and report project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and optimizing workflows.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in managing software development, IT, or engineering projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
